• How Do I Get Started? The best option is to work out when you need your coolers. Then simply pick form our 2 week, 4 week or 10 week service.
  

• How Many Different Style Coolers Are There? There are 3 styles of coolers. Think of it as good, better, best. Budget, Standard and Deluxe coolers are available on the 4 week and 10 week service. Only Budget coolers are available on the 2 week express service.

• How Accurate Are Your Timelines? We are pretty spot on with our timelines, but it is always best to allow an additional week just in case there is a delay. If we need to meet a deadline for an event be sure to let us know. Remember the production timeline starts once final artwork has been signed off.

• What About Artwork? Our artwork process is better explained here, but just quickly, you can do the artwork or we can do it for you, for a flat fee of $20.

• Are There Any Set Up Costs? No, there are no set up costs.

• How Many Colours Can I Print? As many as you like. That means you can print logos and images in as many colours as required. Our process is a sublimated print.

• How Much is Freight? Freight is now free Australia wide!.

• Can I Use Someone Else's Logo? No way! Copyright Laws mean you must have the right to use any logo or image you send us.
